Pricing + Services

Updated pricing will take effect beginning January 1, 2026.

Evaluation/Reevaluation

$175 — Upon becoming a client, an initial Evaluation will be completed in order to determine the specific strengths and needs of each client. A report will be completed following the evaluation, which can be submitted to insurance at the client’s discretion. Reevaluations are recommended annually to reassess current needs and areas of weakness, adjust goals, and determine if further intervention is warranted.

Treatment

Treatment can be provided in the home of the client, at an agreed-upon location, or via tele-therapy. Treatment can be received in 30 or 45 minute intervals, at a frequency determined by both the treating therapist and the family to fit each individual’s needs.

30 minutes— $55

45 minutes—$75

Progress

Clients’ progress will be monitored by the treating therapist and provided to clients/families intermittently throughout treatment. As progress is made, goals will be adjusted to encourage further growth of skills. Formal Progress Reports can be requested at any time.

Additional Documentation/Services

$25—Any additional documentation that is requested (i.e., extra insurance forms not already provided, such as a SuperBill) or participation in IEP meetings can be requested.

Consultation Services

$40—In the event that direct evaluation and services are foregone (i.e., due to distance/scheduling), consultation services can be an option. Information regarding the client’s current abilities will be provided by caregiver/s and recommendations, strategies, and additional resources will be provided for families to implement at home. Limitations of this service is lack of evaluation data/information. This service is to be billed at the discretion of the therapist (usually following multiple contacts such as phone calls, emails, etc. until recommendations/strategies and resources are provided).

Flat Rates

You’ll notice that all services are provided at a flat rate, and the therapist/company takes care of taxes. As such, prices are subject to change. Ample notice will be provided if prices do change. Our goal is to make services as accessible as possible.
